1. Print the 2 week chart on the plain color cardstock of your choice.
(You can laminate your chart so it would be easy to clean and last longer.)

2. Punch a tiny hole in the top-middle of each day square of the chart. Insert a brad in the 14 holes. I used 1/8” Cap Mini Brads (Scrapbook store). While attaching the brads, hold the cap side with your fingernails between the cap lip and the paper. This will allow room to easily hang and remove the menu cards.

3. Cover the brads on the wrong side of the sheet with a tape to hold them in place and prevent them from poking through and scratching the surface of the fridge.
4. Choose a 12x12” scrapbook cardstock that will go with your kitchen decor. (This can be laminated at a scrapbook store.)

5. Attach the chart to the 12x12” cardstock using 4 brads (I placed mine at the ends of each of the checkerboard borders. I tried double back tape, glue dots, spray adhesive – none of which secured the laminated papers properly – The brads work great!)

6. Using a cardstock that matches the Chart, cut a 5x5” square. Fold it ALMOST in half – leave about a 1/8” edge for the back side of the Menu pocket.
7. Glue the “Menus” label to the front of the pocket and wrap with clear shipping tape leaving the top open. Secure the pocket to the 12x12” paper with brads.

8. Cover all brads with a tape on the back side of the 12X12” paper. Apply several small sticky-back magnets (they come in a roll) to the back side of the chart.

9. Print the daily menu cards on cardstock paper. Cut into individual days and use a regular paper punch to punch a hole in the top-middle of each. These will hang on the brads of the chart. The blank cards are for you to write in your own menus. The completed card is just an example of how to do this. These can also be laminated to last longer.
